The Chelsea 282 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 282GKAJX-B3BD or 282GKAJXB3BD, is an 8-bolt, medium-duty hot-shift PTO rated for continuous and intermittent torque up to 300 lb-ft (407 Nm). It ships with a 1-1/4" round output shaft with a 5/16" key and supports both pneumatic and PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic) engagement. Shaft power output reaches 29 HP (21 kW) at 500 RPM and 57 HP (43 kW) at 1,000 RPM. Compatible transmissions include Allison, Volvo/Mack, Eaton/Fuller, and other manufacturers. The 282 Series applies to aerial, construction, towing and recovery, fuel oil delivery, and water truck vocations. Rotatable flanges and an integral air valve are built in.
