The Chelsea 282XBAJX-V3XD or 282XBAJXV3XD is a medium-duty hot-shift power take-off assembly from the Chelsea 282 Series, designed for continuous-duty applications where torque demands are high. It mounts via an 8-bolt pattern and delivers up to 300 lb-ft of continuous torque, with intermittent ratings in the 201-300 lb-ft range. The output is a 1-1/4" round shaft with a 5/16" key. Shift actuation is pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic). Compatible transmissions include Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other selected manufacturers. Shaft power output reaches 57 HP at 1,000 RPM. Rotatable flanges and an integral air valve are built in.
