The Chelsea 282 Series Power Take-Off, part number 282XKAJX-B3BD or 282XKAJXB3BD, is a medium-duty hot-shift PTO built for demanding mobile equipment work. The series offers nine speed ratios and 18 shift options. Direct-mount outputs are available with an optional Wet-Spline configuration to extend PTO and pump shaft service life. Driveshaft outputs include a positive stop to prevent seal damage from yoke over-insertion. Common work applications include aerial trucks, construction equipment, water trucks, towing and recovery rigs, and home fuel oil delivery vehicles.
