The Chelsea 282XKAJX-B3RS or 282XKAJXB3RS is a medium-duty hot shift power take-off assembly from the Chelsea 282 Series, designed for continuous-duty and intermittent torque demands up to 300 lb-ft (407 Nm). It mounts via an 8-bolt pattern and is compatible with Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other transmission manufacturers. The output shaft is a 1-1/4" round shaft with a 5/16" key. Shift is pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic), and an integral air valve is included. Shaft power ratings for the 282 Series reach 57 HP at 1,000 RPM and 29 HP at 500 RPM.
