The Chelsea 282XKAJX-P3BD or 282XKAJXP3BD is a medium-duty hot-shift power take-off assembly from the Chelsea 282 Series, compatible with Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other transmission applications. It mounts via an 8-bolt pattern and shifts either pneumatically or hydraulically (PowerShift). The 1-1/4" round output shaft uses a 5/16" key. Continuous torque capability reaches up to 300 lb-ft (407 Nm); intermittent torque is rated at 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm). Shaft power output runs 29 HP at 500 RPM and 57 HP at 1,000 RPM.
