The Chelsea 282 Series Power Take-Off, part number 282XMAJX-Q3RK or 282XMAJXQ3RK, is an 8-bolt medium-duty hot-shift PTO rated for up to 300 lb-ft of continuous torque and 201-300 lb-ft intermittent torque (401-500 Nm). The output shaft is a 1-1/4" round shaft with a 5/16" key. Shift options include pneumatic and PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic), and the unit carries an integral air valve. Compatible transmissions span Allison, Volvo/Mack, Eaton/Fuller, and other makes. Shaft power output is 29 HP at 500 RPM and 57 HP at 1,000 RPM. This 282 Series model supports optional Wet-Spline technology and a Smart Start feature for high-torque engagement.
