The Chelsea 282 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 282XPAJX-A5RY or 282XPAJXA5RY, is a medium-duty hot-shift PTO built for demanding continuous-duty cycles. It mounts via an 8-bolt pattern and is compatible with Allison, Eaton/Fuller, and Volvo/Mack transmissions, as well as other OEM configurations. The 1-1/4" round output shaft accepts a 5/16" key for direct-mount or driveshaft-driven accessories. Shift is pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic), with an integral air valve included. Intermittent torque capacity runs 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm); continuous torque is rated at 300 lb-ft (407 Nm) - verify actual rating on the application pages for your specific installation.
