The Chelsea 282 Series PTO Assembly, part number 282XSAJX-15RF or 282XSAJX15RF, is a medium-duty hot shift power take-off built for demanding continuous-duty applications. It mounts via an 8-bolt pattern and accepts pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic) actuation, making it adaptable across Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other transmission platforms. The 1-1/4" round output shaft uses a 5/16" key drive. Continuous torque capability reaches 300 lb-ft (407 Nm); shaft power output is rated at 29 HP (21 kW) at 500 RPM and 57 HP (43 kW) at 1,000 RPM. The integral air valve, rotatable flanges, and optional wet-spline output are built into the 282 Series design.
