The Chelsea 282 Series PTO Assembly, part number 282XSAJX-B3RF or 282XSAJXB3RF, is a medium-duty hot-shift power take-off built on an 8-bolt mount. This unit accepts pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic) actuation and features an integral air valve and rotatable flanges. The 1-1/4" round output shaft uses a 5/16" key. Continuous torque capability reaches up to 300 lb-ft (407 Nm); intermittent torque is rated in the 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm) range. Shaft power output is 29 HP at 500 RPM and 57 HP at 1,000 RPM. Compatible transmissions include Allison, Volvo/Mack, Eaton/Fuller, and other manufacturers.
