The Chelsea 288 Series Power Take-Off, part number 288GCFJP-M3XD or 288GCFJPM3XD, is a heavy-duty constant mesh PTO built for 10-bolt transmission applications. It delivers a single continuous duty torque rating of up to 390 lb-ft and draws from nine speed ratios covering both low and high ranges. The cast iron housing and ductile iron bearing caps - 117% stronger than gray iron - address the vibrational demands of modern engine designs. An O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load. The standard output shaft uses a positive stop design to eliminate oil seal damage from shaft couplings. The optional Wet Spline Lubrication configuration extends pump shaft life by 7 to 10 times over dry-spline operation. A lube hose is included.
