The Chelsea 288 Series Power Take-Off (part number 288GCFJR-M8XV or 288GCFJRM8XV) is a heavy-duty, 10-bolt constant mesh PTO built for demanding continuous-duty work. The 288 Series delivers up to 390 lb-ft of continuous torque through wider gears and larger-capacity bearings than earlier designs, giving it a single continuous-duty torque rating its predecessor lacked. Ductile iron bearing caps are 117% stronger than gray iron, and an O-ring seal between the housing and bearing cap reduces vibrational effects while improving clamp load. The standard output is a round shaft with a 1-1/4" key. Nine speed ratios include both low and high range options.
