The Chelsea 340XFAHX-Y5XD or 340XFAHXY5XD is a 340 Series Power Take-Off assembly built for vocational trucks requiring both forward and reverse PTO operation. It mounts to manual transmissions with a 6-bolt aperture from Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, ZF, Hino, GM, and other manufacturers. Shift type is lever/mechanical.
