The Chelsea 348 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 348XKITX-G5XD or 348XKITXG5XD, is a single low-speed forward-and-reverse PTO designed for 8-bolt manual transmission openings on Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other compatible transmissions. The 8-bolt mounting flange mounts directly to the transmission aperture without an adapter plate. Output is through a 1-1/4" round shaft with a 5/16" keyway. Wire/cable or mechanical shift types are supported. Intermittent torque is rated up to 200 lb-ft (271 Nm), confirm actual torque against Chelsea application pages for your specific configuration. Shaft power runs 19 HP at 500 RPM and 38 HP at 1,000 RPM. The cast iron housing carries heavy-duty ball bearings on the output shaft. Common applications include oil field and logging equipment.
