442KSBCX-W3XD Chelsea PTO Assembly

The Chelsea 442 Series Power Take-Off, part number 442KSBCX-W3XD or 442KSBCXW3XD, is a 6-bolt mount PTO built for light-to-medium duty vocational applications including dump trucks, tow trucks, and service trucks. This unit runs a 0.391:1 gear ratio with air shift operation and delivers power through a 1-1/4" round standard output shaft. Mounting uses standard metric studs. The cast iron housing and tapered cone bearings on the output shaft give the 442 Series its class-leading service life. No-pressure lube (splash) configuration keeps the design simple. The Chelsea 442 Series is designed to fit virtually all existing 6-bolt transmission applications. Intermittent torque rating for the 442 Series ranges from 201 to 300 lb-ft (check application pages for the actual torque rating specific to your transmission and PTO configuration). Shaft power output is rated at 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM.
