The Chelsea 489GHITX-A5XK or 489GHITXA5XK is a 489 Series power take-off assembly built for 8-bolt manual transmission openings. The 489 Series uses a one-piece cast iron housing that bolts directly to the transmission aperture, eliminating the adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. This PTO uses wire/cable mechanical shift and delivers up to 250 lb-ft intermittent torque, matching the torque capacity of the Chelsea 442 Series. The 1-1/4" round output shaft is available with or without a key. Strong tapered bearings replace needle bearings for greater load-bearing capability.
