The Chelsea 489GLAHX-S3XK or 489GLAHXS3XK is a 489 Series Power Take-Off assembly designed for manual transmissions with an 8-bolt PTO mounting opening, including Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other compatible transmissions. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission opening, eliminating the adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. Shift is wire/cable mechanical. The 1-1/4" round output shaft accepts a key and is available with greaseable output options to reduce pump shaft spline wear. The 489 Series shares internal parts with the 442 Series and uses tapered bearings in place of needle bearings for greater load-bearing capability.
