The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489GLAHX-S5XK or 489GLAHXS5XK, mounts directly to 8-bolt manual transmission openings on Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other compatible transmissions. The one-piece cast iron housing eliminates the need for an adapter plate, reducing potential leak paths. Output shaft is a 1-1/4" round with key. Shift is wire/cable mechanical. Intermittent torque for the 489 Series is 250 lb-ft (339 Nm); shaft power runs 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. Internal parts are common to the Chelsea 442 Series.
