The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489GLITX-A3XK or 489GLITXA3XK, is an 8-bolt PTO assembly designed for manual transmissions including Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and Tremec. The integral one-piece cast iron housing mounts directly to the 8-bolt transmission opening, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. Output is through a 1-1/4" round shaft with key. This unit shifts via wire/cable mechanical actuation and carries an intermittent torque rating of 250 lb-ft for the 489 Series.
