The Chelsea 489GRAHX-A3GA or 489GRAHXA3GA is a 489 Series Power Take-Off assembly built for 8-bolt manual transmission openings on Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other compatible transmissions. The integral one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission without an adapter plate, which eliminates one potential leak path compared to two-piece designs. Shift type is wire/cable mechanical. The output shaft is a 1-1/4" round with key. Intermittent torque rating for this series runs 201-300 lb-ft (301-400 Nm), with shaft power of 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. Internal parts are common to the Chelsea 442 Series.
