The Chelsea 489GRITX-A3XK or 489GRITXA3XK is a 489 Series Power Take-Off assembly designed for manual transmissions with an 8-bolt PTO mounting aperture, including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec units. Its one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt opening, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. Shift is air shift. The output is an SAE B 2 or 4-bolt flange with a 7/8" 13-tooth SAE B shaft. Intermittent torque for the 489 Series is 201-300 lb-ft; shaft power is rated at 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM.
