The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489XAAHX-A3XQ or 489XAAHXA3XQ, is an 8-bolt PTO assembly designed for manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Volvo, Mack, and Tremec. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission's 8-bolt aperture, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. Intermittent torque capacity for this series runs 201-300 lb-ft (301-400 Nm). The 1-1/4" round output shaft is available with or without a key. Shaft power output is 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. Wire/cable mechanical shift is standard on this assembly.
