The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489XLAHX-V3GF or 489XLAHXV3GF, mounts directly to an 8-bolt transmission opening on most manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Eaton Endurant, Mack, and Tremec. The one-piece cast iron housing eliminates the need for an adapter plate, reducing both installation time and potential leak paths. Output is through a 1-1/4" round shaft with key. The series delivers intermittent torque in the 250 lb-ft (339 Nm) range and shaft power of 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. Internal parts are common with the Chelsea 442 Series.
