The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489XQAHX-A3AK or 489XQAHXA3AK, mounts directly to an 8-bolt transmission opening on most manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and Tremec. The one-piece cast iron housing eliminates the need for an adapter plate, reducing potential leak paths. Output shaft is a 1-1/4" round with key. Shift is wire/cable mechanical. The 489 Series delivers intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range and shaft power of 24 HP at 500 RPM or 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. Internal components are common to the Chelsea 442 Series.
