The Chelsea 489XQAHX-A3GJ or 489XQAHXA3GJ is a 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly designed for manual transmissions with an 8-bolt PTO mounting aperture, including Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and Tremec applications. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission opening, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. Shift is wire/cable mechanical. The output shaft is a 1-1/4" round with key. Intermittent torque for the 489 Series is 201-300 lb-ft (301-400 Nm), and shaft power is rated at 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM.
