Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off 489XQAHX-A3XG or 489XQAHXA3XG is an 8-bolt mechanical-shift PTO designed for manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and others. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt transmission opening, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. Shift type is wire/cable mechanical. The 1-1/4-inch round output shaft accepts a key. Intermittent torque rating for the 489 Series runs 201-300 lb-ft (301-400 Nm), with output power of 46-55 HP (31-40 kW).
