The one-piece cast iron housing delivers an intermittent torque rating of 250 lb-ft (339 Nm) and shaft power of 24 HP at 500 RPM or 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. Output is through an SAE B 2 or 4-bolt flange with a 1" 15-tooth SAE BB shaft. Tapered bearings replace needle bearings for increased load capacity, and internal components are shared with the 442 Series for easier parts sourcing.
