The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off 489XSEVX-A3XK or 489XSEVXA3XK is an 8-bolt PTO assembly designed for manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Volvo, and Mack applications. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt transmission opening, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. Shift type is wire/cable mechanical. The output shaft is a 1-1/4" round shaft with keyway. Intermittent torque rating for the 489 Series is 201-300 lb-ft (301-400 Nm); shaft power is 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM.
