The Chelsea 489XUITX-A3XD or 489XUITXA3XD is a 489 Series Power Take-Off assembly designed for manual transmissions with an 8-bolt PTO mounting aperture, including Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and Tremec applications. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt opening, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. Intermittent torque rating for the 489 Series is 201-300 lb-ft (301-400 Nm); shaft power output is 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. The output shaft is a 1-1/4" round with keyway.
