The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489ZHDAX-V6XD or 489ZHDAXV6XD, is an 8-bolt mount PTO designed for manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Mack, Tremec, and Eaton Endurant. Its one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt transmission opening, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. Shift type is wire/cable mechanical. The 1-1/4" round output shaft accepts a key. Intermittent torque capacity for the 489 Series is 201-300 lb-ft (301-400 Nm); shaft power is rated at 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM.
