The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489ZHDAX-W5RB or 489ZHDAXW5RB, mounts directly to an 8-bolt transmission opening using a one-piece cast iron housing that eliminates the adapter plate and its associated leak path. The 489 Series delivers the same 250 lb-ft intermittent torque capacity as the Chelsea 442 Series while using tapered bearings instead of needle bearings for improved load-bearing capability. Shift is wire/cable mechanical. The output shaft is a 1-1/4" round shaft with key. At 1,000 RPM, shaft power reaches 48 HP.
