The Chelsea 489ZHITX-A5XK or 489ZHITXA5XK is a 489 Series Power Take-Off assembly designed for manual transmissions with an 8-bolt PTO mounting aperture, including Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other compatible applications. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt opening, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. Wire/cable mechanical shift operation is standard on this unit. The 1-1/4" round output shaft (with key) delivers up to 250 lb-ft intermittent torque, with shaft power rated at 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM.
