The Chelsea 489ZRITX-A5XD or 489ZRITXA5XD is a 489 Series Power Take-Off assembly built for manual transmissions with an 8-bolt PTO mounting aperture, including Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and Tremec units. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission opening without an adapter plate, eliminating a potential leak path. Shift is wire/cable mechanical. The 1-1/4" round output shaft (with key) delivers intermittent torque in the 250 lb-ft range and shaft power of 24 HP at 500 RPM, rising to 48 HP at 1,000 RPM.
