524XMDDX-P-XK Chelsea PTO Assembly

The Chelsea 524XMDDX-P-XK or 524XMDDXPXK is a rear-mount power take-off from the Chelsea 524 Series, designed to fit transmissions from ZF, Volvo/Mack (including the mDrive and I-Shift), and Eaton/Fuller (including the Endurant). It uses the rear mount aperture of compatible transmissions, keeping the housing compact and reducing clearance conflicts in the cab and chassis. Shift is pneumatic, with six shift options integrated directly into the PTO housing. The ISO 7653 80mm x 80mm mounting pattern (Mounting Option X) and dry spline output are part of the standard configuration. Output shaft options are DIN 5462 and 4-Bolt DIN 5462. The Chelsea 524 Series rear-mount PTO uses a two-gear design that keeps the housing compact and provides three speed ratios to match different application requirements. By mounting at the rear aperture of compatible transmissions, it helps eliminate tight clearance situations common in vocational truck installations. Six shift options are built into the PTO housing, saving space compared to external shift arrangements. Two direct-mount pump output flanges are included.
