The Chelsea 524XMDDX-A-XV or 524XMDDXAXV is a rear mount power take-off from the Chelsea 524 Series, designed to fit transmissions from ZF, Volvo/Mack (including the I-Shift and mDrive), Eaton Endurant, and Eaton/Fuller platforms. Shifting is pneumatic, with the shift circuit integrated directly into the PTO housing to conserve space. The ISO 7653 80mm x 80mm mounting pattern (code X) mates to the rear mount aperture on compatible transmissions, helping clear tight underhood or crossmember layouts where side-mount units will not fit. The output shaft is DIN 5462 or 4-Bolt DIN 5462, and the spline runs dry (no separate lubrication required). At 1,000 RPM, shaft power is rated at 57 HP (40 kW).
