The Chelsea 823 Series Power Take-Off, part number 823XRAHX-Y5XS or 823XRAHXY5XS, is a mechanical lever-shift PTO built for high-torque demanding applications including oil field, logging, pumper cleaner trucks, and mining equipment. It mounts via an 8-bolt aperture and fits automatic and manual transmissions from Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other manufacturers. The output shaft is a 1-1/2" 10-tooth spline with a 1410 series companion flange. The series delivers up to 95 HP at 1,000 RPM and carries an intermittent torque rating of 500 lb-ft (check application pages for your actual torque rating). Cast iron housing and tapered cone bearings on the output shaft provide the load-bearing strength needed in heavy-duty continuous-duty cycles, with a 30% de-rating for continuous operation.
