The Chelsea 871 Series Power Take-Off, part number 871LHFJW-B5TF or 871LHFJWB5TF, is a 10-bolt PowerShift (hydraulic) PTO designed for Allison transmissions. The 871 Series carries a continuous torque rating up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with no derating required for continuous duty use. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output options give technicians a broad range of installation configurations. A ductile iron bearing cap rated 117% stronger than gray iron, combined with an O-ring sealing configuration between housing and bearing cap, address the vibrational stress loads common in modern engine designs. Optional Wet Spline pump flange, SmartStart, and Quiet Gear input are all available within this series. The 871 Series replaces the earlier Chelsea 870 Series PTO.
