The Chelsea 871 Series PTO Assembly, part number 871XAFJP-D3RY or 871XAFJPD3RY, is a 10-bolt PowerShift (hydraulic) power take-off designed for Allison transmissions. The 871 Series carries a continuous torque rating of up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with no derating required for continuous duty operation. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output options cover a wide range of application requirements, including fire and rescue, truck cranes, pumper cleaner, and refuse equipment. A ductile iron bearing cap rated 117% stronger than gray iron, an O-ring sealing configuration between housing and bearing cap, and an available Wet Spline pump flange address the vibrational demands of modern engine designs.
