The Chelsea 871XAFJP-D5AC is a 10-bolt, hydraulic PowerShift Power Take-Off designed for Allison transmissions. Part of Chelsea's 871 Series, it carries a continuous torque rating of up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with no derating required for continuous-duty operation. Nine available speed ratios and thirteen output configurations give this PTO broad flexibility across fire and rescue, refuse, truck crane, and pumper-cleaner applications. The ductile iron bearing cap is 117% stronger than gray iron, and an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load and resists vibrational stress from modern engine designs. The Wet Spline pump flange option protects both PTO and pump shaft life. SmartStart and Quiet Gear options are also available on this series.
