The Chelsea 871XAFJW-G5RS or 871XAFJWG5RS is a 10-bolt PowerShift (hydraulic) Power Take-Off from the Chelsea 871 Series, designed for Allison transmissions. This PTO supports continuous-duty operation with torque capacity up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) and is built around a ductile iron bearing cap rated 117% stronger than gray iron. An o-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap reduces vibrational effects and improves clamp load. Nine gear ratios and thirteen output options cover a wide range of vocational requirements, including fire and rescue, refuse, pumper/cleaner, and crane trucks.
