The Chelsea 871 Series Power Take-Off, part number 871XBFJP-D3BV or 871XBFJPD3BV, is a 10-bolt hydraulic PowerShift PTO designed for Allison transmission applications. The 871 Series delivers continuous torque capacity up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with no derating required for continuous-duty use. Nine available speed ratios and thirteen output configurations give technicians broad flexibility to match specific pump and driven-equipment requirements. The ductile iron bearing cap is 117% stronger than gray iron, and an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load while reducing vibration damage. Optional features include Wet Spline pump flange for extended PTO and pump shaft life, SmartStart to reduce shock load at startup, Quiet Gear input, and Electronic Overspeed Control (EOC).
