871XBFJP-D3RF Chelsea PTO Assembly

The Chelsea 871XBFJP-D3RF or 871XBFJPD3RF is a 10-bolt PowerShift (hydraulic) Power Take-Off from the Chelsea 871 Series, designed for Allison transmission applications. The 871 Series carries a continuous torque rating up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with no derating required for continuous-duty operation. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output options give this PTO a wide application range, covering fire and rescue, truck cranes, refuse, and pumper-cleaner equipment. The ductile iron bearing cap is 117% stronger than gray iron, and an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load while resisting the vibrational effects of modern engine designs. The Wet Spline pump flange extends service life at the PTO-to-pump interface. SmartStart and Quiet Gear options are available where shock-load reduction or noise control are priorities.
