The Chelsea 871 Series Power Take-Off (part number 871XBFJW-B5RS or 871XBFJWB5RS) is a 10-bolt, hydraulic PowerShift PTO designed for Allison transmissions. Its compact housing reduces clearance conflicts on tight installations, and the series supports up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) of continuous torque with no derating required for continuous-duty operation. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output options cover a wide range of driven-equipment requirements, including fire and rescue apparatus, refuse trucks, truck cranes, and pumper-cleaner bodies. The ductile iron bearing cap is 117% stronger than gray iron, and the o-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load while reducing vibration-related wear.
