The Chelsea 871 Series Power Take-Off, part number 871XCFJP-D3AC or 871XCFJPD3AC, is a 10-bolt PowerShift (hydraulic) PTO designed for Allison transmissions. The 871 Series carries a continuous torque rating of up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with no derating required for continuous duty operation. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output configurations give installation flexibility across fire and rescue, refuse, truck crane, and pumper/cleaner applications. A ductile iron bearing cap, 117% stronger than gray iron, and an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap address the vibrational demands of modern engine designs. Optional Quiet Gear input, SmartStart shock-load reduction, Electronic Overspeed Control (EOC), and Wet Spline pump flange protection round out the feature set.
