The Chelsea 871 Series Power Take-Off, part number 871XCFJP-B3RS or 871XCFJPB3RS, is a 10-bolt hydraulic PowerShift PTO designed for Allison transmissions. The series delivers continuous torque capacity up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with no derating required for continuous-duty applications. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output configurations give installers broad flexibility across fire and rescue, refuse, pumper/cleaner, and truck crane applications. The ductile iron bearing cap is 117% stronger than gray iron, and an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load while reducing vibrational effects from modern engine designs. It directly replaces the Chelsea 870 Series PTO with upgraded bearing cap material, improved sealing geometry, and expanded application coverage across fire and rescue, refuse, truck crane, and pumper/cleaner vocations.
