The Chelsea 871 Series Power Take-Off assembly, part number 871XDFJP-B5AB or 871XDFJPB5AB, is a 10-bolt PowerShift (hydraulic) PTO designed for Allison transmissions. The 871 Series carries a continuous torque rating of up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with no derating required for continuous-duty applications. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output options give installers broad flexibility across fire and rescue, truck crane, pumper cleaner, and refuse applications. The ductile iron bearing cap is 117% stronger than gray iron, and an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load while resisting vibration damage. Optional Wet Spline pump flange, SmartStart, and Quiet Gear configurations are available. The 871 Series replaces the earlier Chelsea 870 Series PTO.
