The Chelsea 871XDFJP-D5BC or 871XDFJPD5BC is a 10-bolt PowerShift (hydraulic) Power Take-Off from the Chelsea 871 Series, designed for Allison transmissions. The 871 Series delivers continuous-duty torque capacity up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with no derating required for continuous operation. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output options give this series the flexibility to cover fire and rescue, truck crane, pumper/cleaner, and refuse applications. The ductile iron bearing cap is 117% stronger than gray iron, and the o-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load while reducing vibrational stress from modern engine designs. Optional Wet Spline pump flange, SmartStart, and Quiet Gear configurations are available within the 871 Series. The 871 Series is the only Chelsea PTO to offer all three of these options.
