The Chelsea 871 Series Power Take-Off, part number 871XDFJP-G5SV or 871XDFJPG5SV, is a 10-bolt PowerShift (hydraulic) PTO designed for Allison transmissions. The 871 Series carries a continuous torque rating of up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with no derating required for continuous-duty operation. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output options cover a wide range of hydraulic and mechanical applications including fire and rescue, truck cranes, pumper cleaners, and refuse trucks. The ductile iron bearing cap is 117% stronger than gray iron, and an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load while reducing vibrational stress. Optional Wet Spline, SmartStart, and Quiet Gear configurations are available within the series. The 871 Series replaces Chelsea's 870 Series PTO.
