The Chelsea 871 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 871XDFJW-D5RS or 871XDFJWD5RS, is a 10-bolt hydraulic PowerShift PTO designed for Allison transmission applications. The series delivers continuous-duty torque capacity up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with no derating required for continuous operation. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output options cover a wide range of drive requirements. A ductile iron bearing cap rates 117% stronger than gray iron, and an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap reduces vibrational effects and improves clamp load. Available options include Wet Spline pump flange for extended PTO and pump shaft life, SmartStart for reduced shock load at start-up, Quiet Gear input, and Electronic Overspeed Control (EOC) for driven-equipment protection.
