The Chelsea 871 Series Power Take-Off, part number 871XEKVP-B5RS or 871XEKVPB5RS, is a 10-bolt PowerShift (hydraulic) PTO designed for Allison transmissions. The 871 Series delivers continuous torque ratings up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with no derating required for continuous-duty applications. Nine speed ratios cover a broad range of low and high-speed requirements, and thirteen output options accommodate configurations including SAE B, SAE BB, SAE C, and DIN pump splines, along with companion flange and DIN flange outputs. The ductile iron bearing cap is 117% stronger than gray iron, and the o-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load while reducing the effects of engine vibration. Optional Wet Spline, SmartStart, and Quiet Gear features make the 871 Series the only Chelsea PTO to offer all three of these solutions in a single compact housing.
