The Chelsea 871 Series Power Take-Off, part number 871XEKVP-B5XV or 871XEKVPB5XV, is a 10-bolt PowerShift (hydraulic shift) PTO designed for Allison transmissions. The series carries a continuous torque rating of up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m), with no derating required for continuous-duty service. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output configurations give installers flexibility across fire and rescue, truck crane, pumper-cleaner, and refuse applications. The ductile iron bearing cap is 117% stronger than gray iron, and an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap reduces vibrational stress and improves clamp load. The compact housing profile reduces clearance conflicts during installation. Wet Spline lubrication, SmartStart, and Quiet Gear options are all available on this series.
